In this page dedicated to Your Best Food Recipes, I have something to propose you since one of these may be your case:
You sometimes feel that your culinary achievements don't get all the praise they deserve and may even been given for granted...
Or, maybe you do not particularly enjoy cooking, or are just beginning to try, and want to show your achievement to your far away family...
Or maybe you are a consummated cook who would like to show off a bit to online readers...
Whatever is your case, I am sure there must be at least one recipe that makes you feel proud and deserves all the praise it can get. It doesn't matter is it is extremely simple, share it with us for your chance to shine online!
So, here it is my proposal...
Would you like to have a Web Page dedicated to Your Best Food Recipes? Your friends, family and the public would be able to see your page, try your recipes and leave comments...
Ideally, write about recipes of your own creation. However, you are welcome to write about somebody else's recipes as long as you acknowledge their credit.
With this chance of shining online, your cooking will be so much more appreciated!!!
Remember, this is about sharing your cooking at the stage you are at the moment: beginner, improver or expert cook, with a basic or elaborated recipe, it doesn´t matter.
You could include your recipe as a finished masterpiece for us to admire or as in a working progress mode. In both scenarios the readers are welcome to comment on it, offer suggestions and rate them.
Your dishes will have an immediate online exposure!
This page was inspired by a reader who kindly sent a Molten Lava Chocolate Cake recipe for all to enjoy. I tried the recipe and I loved the result! I am copying the recipe here as it was sent to me.
You now have the chance of having your page online, with your recipe and pictures, using the form above. Make use of it!

"Because so many people love mint chocolate
lava cake, we have included a variation with this recipe.
* 8 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
* 4 large eggs
* 7 ounces unsalted butter, chopped
* 4 tablespoons unbleached all- purpose flour
* 3.5 ounces sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon—or for a mint version, substitute 1 teaspoon peppermint extract for the cinnamon
* Whipped cream for garnish (1 pint heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract. Note: see Chantilly Cream
* Raspberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
*We use a nutmeg grinder and a fresh nut; you also can use the nut with a plane grater.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Grease eight 4-ounce cake molds or ramekins.
Over a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring constantly. Once they are completely melted, set aside and cool.
Combine the sugar and eggs and whisk until pale and fluffy.
Stir the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until completely blended.
Whisk in the flour, nutmeg and cinnamon and mix well.
Pour the batter into the cake molds and bake for 14 minutes.
While the cakes are baking you can whip the cream. To one pint heavy cream add 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar as the cream begins to thicken, plus 1 teaspoon vanilla and a few grains salt. Unsweetened or barely-sweetened whipped cream is also delicious, so feel free to reduce the sugar or add none at all.
Remove the lava cakes from the oven and cool for 2 minutes.
Run a knife around the edges, invert the molds onto individual dessert plates, garnish with raspberries and mint leaves and serve immediately.
We prefer to pass the whipped cream in a bowl so guests can help
themselves to the amount they prefer."
